KTM  can review your documents. We determine ways to save money, whether the plans are suitable for construction, and analyze potential improvements to provide you with a better end product.

Do you need help running an existing project? We supplement your existing team, or we can run the project on your behalf.

We can be an impartial reviewer on Change Orders or Claims and report back to you on their merits so that you can negotiate a resolution.
