LETTER FROM THE OWNERS

We want to share some important news with you. After many years of serving our community, KTM Construction, LLC will be closing its operations on December 31, 2025. Starting January 1, 2026, our team will officially become part of TCI, Inc., which has been serving construction clients for over 32 years.

While this is a big change for us, what matters most is you. The same people you’ve come to know, and trust, will continue working with you — now with the added resources and support of TCI, Inc. Our commitment to quality, reliability, and personal service remains unchanged.

We are deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in KTM Construction over the years. It has been our privilege to work with you, and we look forward to continuing that relationship under the TCI, Inc. name.

I have been a commercial General Contractor, Developer and Construction Manager for the past forty years, working on projects in twenty-three states across the country.

The projects have included hotels, theaters, outlet malls, schools, apartments, tenant improvements and challenging civil / earthwork projects.
